Summer holiday Cookery School
Grab a place at our Blackheath & Dulwich locations for your child to enjoy fabulous gastronomic experiences over the summer break. Children will learn skillsfrom the dairy, butchery and bakery, producing creamy butter, yoghurt & cheeses, the finest seeded rolls & bloomers, real butchers sausages & the beefiest burgers.
We will also create exciting salads and dressings and indulge in the traditional craft of preserving, producing stupendous sauces, dips, compote and chutneys. What's more, we will make delicious drinks such as elderflower cordial and summer berry lemonade. For the sweetest of treats, we will finish off with Victoria sponge, creamy ice creams, wickedly tasty tarts and rose or lavender macaroons.
Delicious homemade lunches, games, wonderful food facts, crafts & more are included in the package and your cooks will take their creations home to share.
